I never knew citiliner could stoop so low just to make money out of people.We book citiliner not eljoz or whatever that buses name is.it is not ethical at all,u should let people know ehn u folly booked instead of giving us the bus that is not in a good condition.We pay to get what we want.reason why we booked citiliner its because we wanted citiliner not some strange bus.even city to city is hundred percent that this.I am so mad and dissapointed with u guys ryt now.U don't put peoples safety first.its money first.
