bad service

I booked a greyhound bus from cpt to jhb on the 4th of Jan 2016. I paid R1k for my bus ticket Only to travel on a mega coach which was not worth what I paid for. I Then received an sms saying we will be travelling on the mega coach but there was no reason why, or some sort of explanation. <br> <br> I am totally dissatisfied with the serviced. I really feel cheated. <br> <br> Can this problem please be solved
