Bad service

Highly disappointed with their services. They are so unprofessional. Busses are dirty and they even delay for hours. I had the worst experience ever. Big up to Intercape for the rescue. Now I'm even struggling to get my refund of last year April 2023.I've been calling and following up with no avail.
