Bad service

We were on the bus then it's started raining the rain was coming through the bus which lead to some passenger shifting from their seat to back seat the aircon was also cold then one of the bus driver came and asked the passenger to time back to their seat because he wants to sleep meaning he doesn't care if they r getting wet or so that was yoooo poor service because he saw and they told him about the rain but he did nothing about it
