Bad service

This bus has been stuck for the past 3 hours, a mechanic came now we're waiting for a technician.... why can't we get another bus! I have to be @ work at 6am, what time will I arrive at home if I'm starting here!! I just called the call centre and spoke to Thembisa which didn't help! This is just bad service!! Nonsense, your service is embarrassing
