Bad service

Un friendly No service Talk of onboard wifi and movie, yet when conected to wifi, no internet access You do adverst where the driver and assistant smile and are friendly

They are not.

They dnt smile, dont answer properly.

And dont take care of peoples bagage, now im stuck with a hole in my bag, and arived my destination 8december stanger to pta 1hour late. Waited in stanger for 15 min. Supose to depart 8;15n we left after 8:30

I had tickets rebooked, 5d, top deck front.

When I got there, its bottom back with no leg space, and guy infront leans hes chair back, keeps moving and hurts my knees.

Terrible service.

And always when ever on greyhound, always same story
