Bad service
I had a very bad experience with Greyhound, on sunday the 25th of November 2018 I called the call centre to reschedule the bus for the 29th of November. I called in the morning around 11am but I got assisted after 3pm because consultant s kept transferring me from one to another till Shonisani one of the consultants answered the phone she asked her superior to reschedule the bus for the 29th of November then the superior called me and confirmed the date and I was asked to pay an additional R60 which I did when the superior called me to confirm the reschule of the bus she wanted to give me a ref no, I couldn't write it down cause there was a lot of noise in my background as I was in a wedding. I then asked the lady to send me the ref no via SMS and she couldn't.I asked her if I go to greyhound offices will I get the ref no and she said yes. To my surprise when I got to park station today they couldn't find the name on their system and I had to call the call centre which I waited for an hour before the consultant answered the phone to get a ref no. When they check on the system the bus was rescheduled for the 27th which was on Tuesday and that's not the date I asked for I asked for the 29th which is today. At the Park station I spoke to a supervisor called Judith Lesele she was rude she didn't even attempt to assist...the only thing she could say is that theres nothing she can do... She was back chatting me. She didn't care she was very rude she doesn't have customer service I don't know how did she become a supervisor with her stinking attitude. She was shouting me in front of other customers I was so frustrated cause I wasted my time and petrol for nothing cause my daughter didn't leave tonight to umthatha. Poor bad service at greyhound I'll never recommend this bus to anyone. All I want now is my money back as soon as possible.
