Bad service

I had the worst trip ever from Johannesburg to Umthatha 03 October 2017. The aircorn was broken and cold air was coming out , I told the driver who said he will cover it with a celotape which he never did. I had to cover it with plastic provided for waste but cold air was still coming out. Worst part we were seated with a few months old baby. I asked the driver to switch it off since he could not cover it with celotape as promised but he didn't. I phoned the help line were Sibusiso answered but felt like he was so sarcastic towards me . I even took pictures of what I just wrote. Sad part is I bought a return ticket and I really regret it after the pathetic service I got. The bus we travelled on should be for short distance as we pay with our hard earned money and I need a response on this.
