Bad Service

On the 5th June 2015 I travelled from Cape Town to Peddie on CitiLiner, Coach number 2738. The bus stopped at Riviersondersrend. When I got out of the bus I slipped and fell over my right leg. My foot was twisted, facing towards the back. I realised the steps were wet. My leg got swollen and I was in pain. <br> <br> When I got to Peddie in the morning I then hired a taxi to take me to hospital. The doctor after an X-Ray realised that I had a fractured bone, and have been walking with a leg covered in cement ever since. I reported the incident on 26 June 2015, when I got back in Cape Town, and was promised to be contacted within 3 days. I have not heard any response from the company.
