Bad service

The bus was ment to pick us up 1600 it only arrived at 5.30 then we left got to the border at beitbridge at 11pm we spent about six hours we left this morning only to get stuck as we approached polokwane so we were promised a bus that was hired only came after 2 hours we proceeded to kranskop were we awaited the very same bus that broke down and was fixed after spending money and having extra expenditure because we arrived at 8pm in park station and you did not buy us any food since yesterday after your bus broke down I had to get a meter can to go home because there were no more lifts left so I expect you guys to compensate me for the expenses I incurred it was not my fault but the greyhounds fault I would reall like to be compeer sated as a matter of urgency yours truthfully PSibanyoni
