Bad service

I booked a bust ticket from Beaufort West to Cape Town 31/7/2015. The times initially were 1:35 departure, I then received an sms stating the bus is running late by 1:30, I have to be at the stop 30 min before departure time. I did as per sms, I learnt latter on that the bus is further delayed by me calling to find out. It is winter and I had to wait in the cold for the bus. This is unacceptable, Ive always received excellent service from them but this time it was not nice at all.
