Bad service

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto;"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;"><br /><br />Message: </span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;">I purchase a bus ticket from Citiliner on the 01 July from Park Station to Bloemfontein the bus was supposed to leave @ 4h30 but instead we waited for the bus for 3 hrs. They firstly told us that the bus is stuck @ Midrand from a traffic that was @ <a style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;" href="calendar:T1:5pm">5pm</a> then 5h30 the same gentlemen came back & told us that the bus will go to the depo to be washed then it will come & pick us up . We then waited & waited up until 7h30 when the bus decided to show up with people inside. When we entered the bus we all wanted to be sitted as we have been standing for the bus since 4pm . Then guess what happened the bus was fully packed now we are being told that we need to seat according with our seat numbers we had to stand up again & to be seated accordingly with our seat numbers. We left Park Station @ 7h40 We only reached Bloemfontein at 2h30 am & they don't even announce when the bus gets to Bloemfontein we had to ask where are we now. This was the first time me using the bus service for long distance I just feel the service was very pathetic & this is not a gud service that you need to offer your customers. We only received an sms at 9pm stating that the bus is running late. I will never recommend your bus to any of my friends or relative's after this bad service that I have experience with your company.
