bad service

<p>I bordered the 11:00 Cape town City liner at part station this morning, guess my disappointment when the bus eas still station at 11:23 without any announcement, and the radio being on high volume. I went to one of th drivers to ask him th reason for the delay and to tell him tht th volume is toohigh. The driver was defensive, told me must they leave people on th late bus from Pretoria. Asked me what is my problem because he is about to make the announcement. Is tht th way to deal with paying customers? </p>
