Bad service 0 rate

Disappointed. My wife booked a buy but cold not travel because our baby had medical emergency. We call Greyhound to postpone to a different date they requested a doctors letter which we gave to date we don't get any response. Wen u call they keep u on hold for more than 30 minutes. Their manager said he don't know how to assist. Wow useless
