Bad experience - Greyhound Bloemfontein

Bad experience. Worst customer service ever. Erin, the TEAM LEADER at the Bloemfontein Greyhound tourism Centre has a stinking attitude. She first booked me for the wrong bus, wanted to charge me extra for the ticket and when I asked her why she's so moody towards my colleague and I, she told me to stop making false accusations. I would not advice anyone to purchase tickets at the Bloemfontein Greyhound branch.
