Bad experience from Johannesburg to Midrand

I had the worst experience traveling from Cape Town to Midrand.We were supposed to arrive at 2pm and we only got to Joburg at around 4.Understood the delay, however they just told us from nowhere to get off the bus and go into an Eldo Bus. Our bags were being tossed. There was confusion as to who works there as they would just come and grab bags and say we know what we are doing without even explaining. We get into the Eldo Bus it's almost full.... And they are rushing us in to sit. The worst experience ever.
