Bad experience from Greyhound on service line Durban to Pretoria via Empangeni on Saturday, 28 May 2022

We have been stuck in the jungle between Vryheid and Paulpetersburg with fuel for more than an hr and there was no response from the call centre number stated on the bus. I was on the IVR for more than 30min as being first on the queue. The heat was unbearable and most of us were thirsty. This is a review on the service line from Durban to Pretoria via Vryheid/Empangeni. The service is still struggling to reach high standards that we are accustomed to when it comes to Greyhound. This is very sad for this iconic brand...
