Bad experience from greyhound

I wish there was a way of rating 0 because your service doesn't even deserve a 1 star because it *******. I don't understand why you can't just remove your buses from long distance travel to local. But instead you keep forcing knowing well your buses are damaged and you ****ming us our money knowing well that that bus we paid for is not available and give us those with ****roaches or waiting for 3 hours because the bus is still on the way from gauteng. now your bus had a breakdown you not even worried. Or maybe you waiting for it to burn down and kill passengers🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮 you need to improve your service. Because this is nonsense
