Bad experience ever had in travel agent by a bus driver

Greyhoud the bus service- i travelled from Beira to Maputo my husband book me a ticket hoping i will arrive saturday but the was a delay on the road and he had to change it to sunday subjected to a fee, when i arrived on sunday night after checking out of the hotel it was around 12 in Maputo the security guard told me i cant get in i should come back 17h30 so went to the resturant and sat until the time came arounf 17h00 was by the gate it open i was the first person exhausted sad the lady came 17h30 showed her my sms for ref no for the ticket and she told me i should show the bus driver when he comes out he came out from where they have rested in Maputo port two of them the elder one and a small gentleman the small guy doesnt greet us by then we were two lady sitting down after the elder man came out and said his greating after i went to the lady who is the bus driver he shown me the small guy he was sitting at the by the bus where we normally put our laggues when i approached the he****t was in his ears and he was holding his phone i took out my phone and showed him my ref no and he told the other guy , so what she think i should do i told him the lady send me to him to confirm the ticket with an attitute he send me back to the lady i refused i said but she told me you will help me we argue after she went me to the lady and said to the lady she should print out the sheet for ref no for ticket the lady comply after he confirm my ticket i ask him about my laggers he said you want me to give the slip for it i said yes because it how i know the process it been done since its not the first time i travelled with them i went in the bus by the sit of the driver i saw the same paper printed out for ref no for ticket that we went and ask for the lady to print it was already printed out i went in sat down we were only 8passengers in Maputo when we left and we pick up one guy on the way that made us 9 on arrival after the border , by the border we had one pregnate lady and an elderly woman , the driver who was driving was an elderly man he said to the young driver to help us quick to get stamp so he can take us to the next border to SA but the young man took only one lady to some room to get stamp while other of us queue the long queue at night when they came out the lady ask why they went that side he said he was helping her not to queue a long queue , why not take a pregnate lady or an elderly woman but just take young lady i kept quite we left the border while on our way the younger driver and this young lady went to sleep where we put our bag after some time in the road the bus stop and the had to change the driver the young its his turn to drive he comes back with the lady and she compliment the lady and say she is good in bed am listening shooked even to say is this allowed we leave we arrive early to Joburg station before the time of arrival we are weaken up told that we need to go out of the bus no bus at the station by that time even there you wait they havent open yet i ask because am the one who need to go to Pretoria other passenger are ending in joburg the young bus driver tells me i should wait the the bus for pretoria will come we sit together outside waiting to open for inside cold of 2h30am then atlast they open i go to the security lady and tells her i forgot my other parcel in the bus because when they woke up us i lost of mind you know they wake u up early in the morning not knowing even when the other bus is coming the security try to comfort me says no i will get my staff because we were few and the people i sat with i told them after the bus has left that i forgot my parcel inside even the elder lady tells me that they are coming back in the evening i will get my stuff not to worry i call the call center the lady gave the the lost and found number they will be able to help me afte 6.30am other buses arrive i get the one to pretoria when i get the i ask the lady in the reception she tells me she will call me she does immediately the lost and found they say they didnt find anything were arrived at 7h00am she ask who was the driver they tell her immediately she calls the drive i was already in tears because of my experience and my lost it was 5cloth for my sister who is very sick for traditional things and two hair extension i tell the lady pleasr i only need the cloth the othe stuff i dont care because i travel for 6days to get it now am home i left in the bus and when the bus left it was two bus driver and lady and they cant find it i didnt know how to go home and explain to my mother and sister i was in tears the lady said i should try to go home she will look for them and call me if she finds them she took my number and try to come me down i left my husband was outside he said lets try to call the call center i again we did that and we spoke to one lady i explain but she told me people who clean the buses start 8h00am now its early she will let me know how because two stories at once then stil upset just ask the lady from the callcenter to call if she finds something but never did only the lady from the station in pretoria call and said she is sorry and she never found anything you expect that is december you will get the best service or friendly staff when travelling but its so sad when i arrived monday morning in Joburg station
