Bad experience

The standard is going down on the citiliner I took from JHB to Phalaborwa, it was very hot air conditioning not functioning, departure times also need to be updated, toilets not smelling fresh , infact it was a disaster , this is not how I know citiliner, please look at it before you loose customers
