Bad experience

I made a bus booking on the 26th May from Potchefstroom to Pretoria. The bus was supposed to depart at 11:05, I arrived at the boarding pace at 10:00 waited the whole day for the bus but it never came, phoned the customer care for greyhound and I was told that the bus was going to arrive in 40-45min, at that time it was 14:33, at 16;00 I phoned again and I was told that the bus was at Carltonville and it has already passed Potchefstroom. The bus never came to collect me. I spoke to someone senior by the name Ronell, she promised to shift my booking to the next day Saturday at 7:00 in the morning and she promised to send me bus ticket on my Email, till today I haven’t received any bus ticket to confirm booking and my money was not paid back
