bad experience

I took citi liner on 29 March at 22:00 because there was no Grayhound bus. I was not awere that citi liner is still using the old sitting arrangedment of 3 and 2. The sits were no small to accommodate the extra sit. I was so uncomfortable and its a long way to Maputo. The staff was very nice that was the only good thing which happen to Maputo. On the 03 April 2018 took a grayhound bus to Johannesburg, this time the staff was also great and the sitting arragment was 2 2, which was very comfortable but now the bus had so many stops. we were allowed only 10 minutes to i think in MALELANE QUICK STOP. I mean we took 7 am bus when were we going to have time buy food for the journey, when we were given 10 minutes to buy food and from there we were not allowed to get off the bus with all those many stops. we eneded up getting to JHB at 16h25. imagine how hungry were the clients who left with the bus from Maputo. I dont think i will ever use Grayhound of citi liner again. i had horrible experience.
