Bad Experience

<p>I travelled from Bellville to East London on Citiliner, on the 12 May, supposedly 16:15 bus. The bus initially only arrived in Bellville at 17:03, no apology eas given to commuters. I was asigned seat 6A. Upon entering the bus, the driver had given my seat to someone else, who refused to move to her seat. Eventually the driver came and moved her to another seat. After a lot of struggle I was finally seated. As if this was not enough at 04:00 in the morning I woke up with my whole back wet. When I looked up the panel above, it was broken and there was a leak from it. The water had theough the night leaked onto my seat and onto my back while I slept. As I write, my whole back is wet. I cannot believe that you would send out leaking buses and not even let us know to be cautious. I am disgusted at the kind of experience I received on your bus</p> <p>Sent from my iPhone</p>
