Bad driving

Hi......on this day 01/03/2020 we took an evening bus to Durban from Park station. The bus was scheduled for 21:00 but left an hour late, no apology no explanation. The driver was speeding horribly and went off the road a couple of times, he first denied it then later said he admitted to it at night top deck bus complained multiple times and he did not stop until a few men went to go tell him to stop the bus because it was though he was sleeping. We woke up the other driver who was sleeping and when we asked him to speak to his colleague and help us he said he is sleeping. As I type this we are so scared right now and just can’t wait to get to Swineberg. I asked my mother to call complains and the lady by Nina was so rude and said that she spoke to the driver and nothing is wrong . But we are here now and we are soooo SCARED RIGHT NOW!!!! Save us please and Help
