Bad Driver Bad Service NEVER USING GREYHOUND again

We paid over R5000 for a return tickets Johannesburg to George. I booked the luxury/prenier seats at the bottom.

To begin with the staff wete ABSOLUTELY disturbingly rude. Eatimg their meal and instructing each other by shouting at one another.

Secondly, I am a lady, I attempted to use the toilet and tbere was no soap and ecen WORSE no toulet paper. When Iasked the driver he said Greyhound don't offer soap or toilet paper any longer.

The airconditioning is permanently set on 28% throughout ths lower "premium" seats.

The driver has driven like an absolute wrecklessly and this ride has been harrowing and enfuriating.

The driver has been smoking out of his open window in hid cab.

Ive driven this service a different destination but I want my money back. My life feels like it is in danger and i am DISGUSTED by this.

We have also just been told tbat at 8pm we cannot stop for any food until 1am. We have been on this bus for 6 hours and now have to wait another 5 hours to eat.

What hell is going on? I want my money back!!!!!!
