Bad customer service by Greyhound staff(PTA)

Bought a 15h30 bus from Pretoria to Welkom on the 29th July 2022. At 15h40 there's no communication from the staff about a delay, we have to go one by one inside the office to ask how far the bus is. The staff in Pretoria does not care about commuters, they're just sitting and eating and not seeing the need to address commuters. We're paying customers and deserve to be treated well.
