Bad customer service and unprofessional drivers

I was booked in greyhound bus from Kokstad to Park Station Johannesburg on the 15th April 2026, the bus was scheduled for departure at 10pm.

The bus was late and we ended leaving the Month Currie stop at 10:30, the bus driver was very rude to me and my sister and kept us standing outside in the rain. When we asked why must we stand in the rain, he said we can’t board until the rest of the passengers offload for their 15 minutes break and come back to be seated. Thus we had to remain in the rain, which I found insane because the driver didn’t even care that I’m a chronic patient.

Unfortunately, it is with this experience that I have decided not to use your bus again and never recommend it because no paying client deserves to be treated with such disregard and disrespect.

You might also want to investigate your drivers for loading ******* luggage on the street after they have left the park station on Rissik Street.
