Bad customer service

On the 11 July 2022 I booked the Greyhound premiere coach for 4 people from Durban to jhb and made it very clear I needed a coach with sufficient leg room, that is the reason I paid R490 a ticket, both parents are late 70s and my son had an operation and is in a moon boot and myself who suffers from DVT so we needed seats downstairs, I was told to be at the station 1 hour in advance but I got there 2 hours to secure seats at the bottom. To my surprise we were stuffed on the City liner which was packed, when enquired on the Greyhound Premiere I was told it is F****d and I must get on the bus, sent an email to the complaints department and still waiting for the managers feedback. Extremely poor service.
