Bad customer service

Took the bus for the first time. And to be honest i wish i took city to city. This wasnt the best experience and i wouldnt suggest anyone uses this bus. Worse thng is that most people write these reviews and theyre not taken into consideration. The driver was so rude. Im writing this in a bus to bushbuckridge from pretoria. 9:15
