Bad business and not caring about passengers

Greyhound buses they let us wait for 2H30min not updating us us what going on, we were supposed to check in today 10/08/18 at 10H30 but we checked in at 13H00, we were busy asking them what going on instead of them updating us as their customers, so they don't care about us but they care about our money, this happened in Johannesburg Park station 10/08/18,
