Bad bus services

I have used Greyhound bus services multiple times and the experience is consistently terrible. The buses are never on time. Every single trip I’ve taken has been delayed, sometimes by hours, with no proper communication.

Worse, I’ve gone home with ****roaches from their buses. It’s absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. I don’t know how they clean these vehicles, but it’s clearly not enough.

The staff are also never friendly. No apology for delays, no help with luggage, and generally rude when you ask for help. I would not recommend the bus to any at all.
