Bad bus service

The service is horrible. After 3 hours of waiting for the useless, we received a message that the bus has been canceled... Imagine, no alternative transportation, no early warning... Their help desk is just as useless, because you will never speak to a consultant... This bus service is bad... I would never recommend CITILINER, it is useless and unprofessional
