BAD BUS

On the 13th of October i was travelling from Polokwane to johannesburg with Greyhound at 8am, it was not my first time travelling with Greyhound and because of the brilliant first time around i decided to use them again, as i entered the coach the hostess and bus driver were very friendly but as i sat in my assigned seat, just to find my seat is broken the recliner mechanism is broken just to add on top of that i entered into the toilet and it is not in full operation, the toilet does not flush and they is no water to wash your hands so imagine the smell as you enter the toilet in the bus and the heat is not helping anyways. I was really disappointed in the condition the bus was for a coach line that is rated the best in Africa.
