Bad Attitude,Bad Service,Extremely Late!!!

I am not impressed with the service received by the staff od<br> f greyhound...Don't think I would travel with you guys again...Firstly we were informed that the driver was ten minutes late only to realise our driver was 1 hour late...Secondly when the driver arrived instead of apologizing he was rude toward the passages who were not impressed...Thirdly we had to get out the bus in park station and had to make sure our bags did not exit the bus and the guy handling the bags was very rude but unfortunately I do not settle for any Bull!!!This is very ridiculous...Our bus was suppose to arrive around 19h50 but arrived in Midrand at 21 20....
