bad attitude

I bought a ticket on the 14th of september 2015 at shoprite checkers and i was suppose to leave the very same evening but when i arrive at the bus station i was told by a very rude driver that i was drunk whereas i wasn't. <br> <br> I tried to explain to him that i did not drink at all but he insisted and he further told me \kimberley people are always drunk when they arrive at the bus station.<br> <br> The next day i went to their offices to get my refund but i have been struggling ever since.PLEASE HELP"
