Bad **** supervisor - Ayathula

Today I went to Greyhound in Pretoria for the 1st time. The consultant that assisted me could see I was upset and tried to assist. Then she called the supervisor, his name is Ayathula. My gosh this guy is so rude and arrogant! Even when I asked him to calm down we are not fighting we just need to be assisted, I have not experience such incompetence. This guy is the worst supervisor I have come across. Supervisors help their stuff, jumps in to assist distressed customers and provide solutions. He would not help as he wanted to sit in his office and be on the phone, we were disturbing him from doing nothing! Well done to Palesa, she should the supervisor. She put herself in our shoes and actually gave us a solution. Please remind Ayathula that he doesn't not do Greyhound customers a favour by working there. He chose to work there. If he is too high and mighty for that job, he has got to go. Terrible terrible customer experience!!!!
