back experience and refusal to be transferred to managers

if i could give zero stars i would, im on day four of being **** to and given empty promises regarding my bag that was left on a bus on Saturday morning contact center agents mostly don't care and one blatantly told me its not her fault and if i did not like the service i cant send a complaint to customer care(which i did and its been 2 days without even an acknowledgement to my email, guess why she was brave to say i can send the email, because she knows nothing gets done regarding those) whenever i call asking to speak to manager or supervisor either line gets dropped or im told they are not available.... no other way to get contacts
