Awful and Disgusting services

On Monday the 6th of March I purchased a Greyhound ticket worth R675 from Midrand to Cape Town, the bus was supposed to depart Midrand at 16:55 however it did not arrive instead we were instructed to ride with an Eldo coach to Park Station. When we got to Jhb we got off just outside of Park Station and we waited for almost 30 minutes then a Greyhound bus picked us up and we drove inside Park Station we we waited for over 2 hours for our Greyhound only to be told that we were going to ride with a Cityliner coach to Cape Town with no explanation nothing. I am upset because when I purchased a Greyhound bus I wanted comfortability hence I paid that and to be downgraded without and explanation or paid the difference is pure ***** in my eyes
