AUCTION THE FLEET AND SHUTDOWN FOR GOOD PLEASE

It pains me that I can't rate this zero stars. The coach is 4 hours late, staff are unhelpful and rude acting like this is our fault. When I phone their offices for an update they put their phone off and i get redirected on a call queue again.
