Atrocious service

Terrible services from a Citiliner bus driver, the 8am trip from Pretoria to Durban. When the bus arrived and I was about to board. The driver at first did not get out of his seat to check our tickets or to load our luggage. He asked for my surname and said I wasn't on the list. I tried to show him my ticket and he continued to deny my access while refusing to check my ticket, confirm if I was indeed on or ask for any form of identification.

He continued to be rude even after he eventually allowed me to board. He did not even put any stickers on our luggage. Nothing.
