Assaulted by a greyhound driver

On the 30th of November we got the worst service ever. We departed from Durban at 11H15 in the morning however the bus the bus that we were traveling in was faulty and the worst part is the driver just stoped without telling us anything. By the forth stop we then asked the driver who's name was SAM who in return talked to us like a bunch of potatoes and he nearly assaulted my wife. As if that was not enough the bus itself didn't have water in the toilet plus it was stinky .... tried calling the customer service line but they couldn't help or resolve this issue. Still waiting for response from them. I don't think we will use greyhound ever in our lives unless we are stranded .by the time we got to Pretoria it was 24:30 way passed midnight. And we were travelling with kids.luckily my wife got all the nonsense on video.
