Appalling service

After booking a bus from midrand on the 28th December 2017 to durban leaving at 20.35, i was stuck at Johannesburg Park Station for over two hours and the bus only left after 23.00 with not even an attempt at an explanation, to top that the seats allocated were changed without an explanation, i find this service appalling and unacceptable. It will take massive convincing if ever i use their services again
