Appalled!!!!!

This is the worst service I have ever had in my life. No one wants to help you. We have waited from 5h and still waiting. We are 2 girls and stranded at park station. If i approach a bus they are rude and tell us to wait for the next bus. Then they load our luggage and then we are on a wrong bus. My girlfriend and I ae traumatized with this. How would the service be on a 19hour bus ride? I try and phone greyhound and wait over 35 min to get through just for the agent not to be able to help me... how can I ever travel again with greyhound. I want a refund for both ways. There and return
