Amazing Bus Service

I am so surprised at all the bad reviews, from what I've seen, the bus was delayed, communication was sent out effectively, staff are so friendly and pleasant, ready to help, the business was taken over and I can definitely say they trying and striving for great customer service well done Greyhound, I will definitely use you always.
