Always late/delayed by hours

I have to take 2 buses to where I live and so from bloemfontein to Johannesburg I always take Greyhound then from Johannesburg to tzaneen, I take translux because it's the only one available. I always make sure that there's a gap of at least an hour just to be safe. But greyhound is always late. They send an sms saying it'll be delayed by 30 minutes and then it ends up being up to 2 hours. So when I eventually get to Johannesburg, the other bus has already left and I have to take a taxi which is an extra cost and it's also not comfortable especially given that I have to be on that taxi for 5 hours. The dreamliner is very nice, especially the premium deck but you end up not enjoying anything because this big inconvenience. They also don't really apologise for their fault, they just tell you things about their terms and conditions.
