Almost 2 months for refund

I requested a refund on 6 July 2026. After 21 days nothing. I phoned in spome to myron, resubmitted the documents. He said one week. Its been 3 weeks. Last week I phoned again. It is in payments still nothing. No response on email. No joy on calls. Calls just get dropped. So after calling again a 3rd time im told not shout. Not shouting. Just upset. Quick to take money and have you use their services. But not quick to do their jobs.
