Aiden du Buson Greyhound

Took a bus on 25 November 2023 from Oudtshoorn to Midrand, when the bus stopped in welkom I informed the driver that I have to go to the bathroom to relieve myself. I did not spend more than 2minutes in the bathroom, when I came out the Bus left me there stranded and took my luggage with. I had to hike from Welkom to Midrand and so I made it to the bus stop in Midrand 3hours late. I phone Greyhound to try and retrieve my luggage, the informed me that my luggage would be left at there offices in Parkstation. When I whent to retrieve my luggage important and expensive items to the value of R15 000. Was ****** out of My luggage bags. I will never use there services agian and I will open a case of theft against them at the SAPS ! This is theft !! This is a warning to anyone whanting to use Greyhound, don't!!! Save up and buy a plane ticket instead people they will ***** your items !! NOT SAVE AT ALL !!!
