Absolutely disgusting and ***********

I bought a ticket online but was never booked. I was on the bus and told to disembark because my name was not on the list. Apparently, I paid after ‘time out’, which is ridiculous. I was left stranded at Parkstation and had to book a different bus. They said I’d get a refund after 31 working days - what if that R310 was the only money I had for transport? What would’ve happened to me then? This is unacceptable, *********** and atrocious! You’re quick to take people’s money but when it’s time for you to book them, you’re full of excuses. Fix your damn system, stop *****ing money from people and close down!
