ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE.....SIS

I booked 2 tickets from Jhb to Dbn (R600) for 20th Sept with Intercity for 9pm. The bus was 1 hour and 30 minutes late. When it does arrive,the bus is filthy and stinking. Some seats were wet and it smelt like they havent ever been cleaned.The bus leaves the station,and the driver gets lost on Jhb for a further 30mins,like a damn idiot. We eventually get to the highway(Thanks to us passengers for directing the fool) and a while later he stops on a pitch black highway and jumps out the bus and just stands outside because he claims someone was smoking in the toilet. Please remember that we are already 2 hours behind schedule and he still has the nerve to throw tantrums,that passengers had to get off the bus to tell him to get in and drive. We eventually reach Dbn at 5:30 instead of 4am and he stands back without assisting passengers collect their luggage?Just when i thought i have seen it all...on the 22nd i book 2 return tickets(R840) with"Greyhound" for the 26th Sept at 11am. Bus was 1 hour 30 minutes late again!!!They did not send a Greyhound like we paid for,they sent a Mega coach. 10 minutes into our trip,we are in an accident with a government vehicle opposite Mcdonalds Old Fort Road. We are delayed by another 2 hours. Eventually leave after 2pm(take note that we had work the next day),we are then told we have further delays at the 1st toll because the driver didnt fetch people in Pinetown. We sit there for another 20mins like fools. He eventually drives off but we stop again because we are changing drivers? I mean honestly....i have never seen such bull****! So, a bus that should have reached Jhb at 19:30,only gets to Park station after 10pm. I am in complete disgust and i feel that we have been ******. This busline do not give a damn about their passengers. There is no sense of customer experience. They feel like they are doing us a favour. Well,let me remind you fools,that we pay your damn salaries!!! If you have no sense of customer service,you need to shut down your service immediately! The worst feeling is to get off a bus and all you want to do is shower because of the stank on the bus and on the seats,then you must still deal with unproffessional idiots! ABSOLUTE DISGUST! I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AND I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE ELSE TO USE IT!
