A horrible bus experience!!

Travelled from PTA to CPT in 5 buses. 1st (Eldo)from Pretoria to the Park Station in joburg on the gate. 2nd (Eldo)from the gate till the inside of the bus station. 3rd (Citiliner ) to Beaufort West. At this point we got impounded because the driver didn’t have a permit. 4th another bus to Laingsburg and 5th Laingsburg to CPT. We travelled from 2pm to 6pm the following day (28 hours) just for a single trip. The Citiliners had roaches even.

Coming back from CPT, we were told that a Greyhound bus is delayed due to a broken window. We got into an Eldo bus, only to be dropped at Park Station and were told to wait for a shuttle. As we speak, we are not attended at, on a very dangerous place. No communication whatsoever!

One thing is that, we didn’t buy a ticket to get where we need to be, but we also bought a service. I could easily buy an Eldo ticket because it is cheaper, but only to travel in an Eldo bus at a high rate?

I’m not happy and unfortunately, they have lost a customer.
